PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," BY PAYING A SUBSCRIPTION FEE, OR BY ACCESSING OR USING THE REVELIO PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
These Agent "Terms of Service" constitute a binding legal contract between you, a licensed real estate professional, and Revelio Process Incorporated ("REvelio"), a California corporation formed May 19, 2026.
If you are using REvelio on behalf of a real estate team, brokerage, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that the organization agrees to this Agreement.
To use REvelio, you must:
REvelio is a professional tool for licensed real estate agents and teams. It is not intended for direct use by consumers (buyers or sellers). Consumer access is governed by the REvelio Consumer Terms of Service.
REvelio is a Software-as-a-Service transaction management and AI intelligence platform designed for licensed real estate professionals. The Platform provides:
REvelio is designed to complement, not replace, your existing CRM tools (e.g., Follow Up Boss, KV Core). REvelio activates at the moment a purchase agreement is executed and manages the workflow through close and beyond.
4.1 Plan Tiers
REvelio offers the following subscription tiers:
4.2 Founding Rate
The "Founding Rate" is a promotional price available to the first 50 subscribers. Founding Rate subscribers retain their promotional pricing permanently as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. Cancellation permanently forfeits the Founding Rate. Founding Rate pricing is non-transferable.
4.3 Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize REvelio to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension.
4.4 Price Changes
REvelio may change subscription pricing with 30 days written notice. Founding Rate subscribers are exempt from standard price increases while their subscription remains active. Enterprise contracts are governed by the rates in the applicable order form.
REvelio allows you to upload transaction documents including purchase agreements, addenda, disclosures, inspection reports, and related materials. By uploading documents, you represent that:
REvelio processes uploaded documents using AI to extract dates, clauses, and action items. Processed outputs are made available to you within the Platform. REvelio does not use your uploaded documents to train AI models. Documents are retained per our data retention schedule and may be deleted upon account termination.
REvelio's AI features are designed to assist licensed real estate professionals in managing transactions and communicating with clients. The AI is a tool, not a licensed professional. Specifically:
You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific transaction context. REvelio makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.
REvelio's AI features are powered by Anthropic PBC via the Claude API. Transaction data, document content, and client portal communications may be transmitted to Anthropic for processing as part of AI feature delivery. Anthropic is bound by a Data Processing Addendum that prohibits training on this data, prohibits selling or sharing it, and limits API log retention to 7 days. By using REvelio's AI features, you authorize this processing on behalf of yourself and your clients.
When you activate a Client Portal for a buyer or seller client, you:
Client portal data is governed by the REvelio Consumer Privacy Policy and Consumer Terms of Service, which your clients accept upon activating their portal access.
REvelio provides access to MLS listing data through a Trestle/CRMLS data feed. MLS data is licensed, not owned, by REvelio. Your use of MLS data through the Platform is subject to:
You may not export, redistribute, or commercially exploit MLS data accessed through REvelio outside of your licensed real estate activities. MLS data is provided for your professional use only. REvelio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of MLS data.
REvelio may send you transactional SMS messages including account alerts, subscription notifications, and platform updates. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive these messages. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message or contact us at info@revelioprocess.com.
You agree not to:
REvelio and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including the AI models, software, design, trademarks, and content created by REvelio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your professional real estate activities during your active subscription.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and documents you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant REvelio a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVELIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID TO REVELIO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
REVELIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST COMMISSIONS, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revelio Process Incorporated and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that your uploaded content caused damage to a third party.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. REvelio does not provide refunds for unused portions of prepaid subscription periods except as required by law.
REvelio may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of this Agreement, non-payment, or conduct that poses a risk to the Platform or other users. REvelio will provide reasonable notice before termination except where immediate action is required to protect the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. You may request an export of your transaction data within 30 days of termination.
REvelio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, internet infrastructure failure, third-party service provider outages, or cyberattacks.
California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the REvelio Agent Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. The Agent Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data as a paying subscriber.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and REvelio regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. REvelio's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
