REvelio (revelioprocess.app) is operated by Revelio Process Inc. [entity formation pending], a technology company providing real estate transaction management software to licensed real estate professionals in the United States. Contact us at support@revelioprocess.app.
Name, email address, phone number, California DRE license number, brokerage name, profile photo, logo, payment information, and any other information you provide when registering or using the Platform.
Property addresses, transaction details, client names and contact information, document uploads, showing records, AI interactions, notes, and communications.
IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, features used, time and duration of visits, and error logs.
When agents or outside parties submit DRE license numbers for verification, we collect and temporarily store the license number, submitted name, verification result, and IP address.
We use your information to: provide, operate, and improve the REvelio platform; process subscription payments through Stripe; send transactional emails and in-app notifications; verify DRE license credentials for showing request verification; generate AI-powered analyses, descriptions, and recommendations; display MLS listing data through our Trestle integration; sync with Google Calendar when you enable calendar integration; comply with legal obligations including MLS data agreements; respond to support requests; and communicate with you about your account and platform updates.
To provide the Platform we share data with the following service providers, each bound by their own privacy policies and data processing obligations:
We do not sell your personal information or your clients' personal information to any third party.
Listing data accessed through REvelio is provided by the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) through Trestle by Cotality. Your use of MLS data is subject to CRMLS data use policies. REvelio does not store MLS listing data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. The CRMLS data disclaimer required for display is included in the Terms of Service Section 8.3.
REvelio uses Anthropic's Claude API to power AI features including the AI Assistant, document analysis, listing description generation, market analysis, and offer strategy tools. When you use these features the relevant data — transaction details, document content, market data, and your prompts — is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. REvelio does not use your transaction data or client data to train AI models. For Anthropic's data practices see anthropic.com/privacy.
Client data you enter into REvelio — including buyer and seller names, contact information, transaction details, and portal communications — remains your data and your responsibility. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients for data entered into the Platform. REvelio processes client data only as necessary to provide the service to you.
When outside agents submit showing requests through the public showing request form, we collect their DRE license number, name, brokerage, email, phone, requested time, IP address, and attestation confirmation. This data is stored in our database and shared with the listing agent and seller as necessary to process the showing request. DRE verification data is retained for the duration of the associated transaction plus 90 days.
REvelio uses industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission via HTTPS, encrypted data storage through Supabase, row-level security policies on all database tables so users can only access their own data, secure authentication through Supabase Auth, and regular security monitoring. No system is completely secure and REvelio cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised contact support@revelioprocess.app immediately.
Active account data is retained as long as your subscription remains active. After account cancellation data is retained for 90 days during which you may export your transaction data and uploaded documents. After 90 days account data is permanently deleted. DRE verification records are retained for the duration of the associated transaction plus 90 days. Audit logs are retained for 12 months.
You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you by contacting support@revelioprocess.app; correct inaccurate information through your account settings; request deletion of your account and associated data; export your transaction data and uploaded documents before account deletion; opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email; and disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time through settings.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of sale of personal information. REvelio does not sell personal information. To exercise CCPA rights contact us at support@revelioprocess.app. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days.
REvelio uses cookies and similar technologies to: maintain your authenticated session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. Session cookies are required for the platform to function. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to individual identities. You can control cookies through your browser settings though disabling cookies may prevent some features from functioning.
REvelio is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-app notification before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
